Our client is a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to creating positive social change through innovative programs and initiatives. 

They are seeking a finance qualified Finance Business Partner with Power BI skills to step into this permanent role.  Key Responsibilities

As Finance Business Partner, you will:
Deliver in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting with insightful commentary for key stakeholders. Build strong relationships with internal leaders to enhance management reporting, performance insights, and risk assessment. Utilise Power BI to develop engaging reports and dashboards. Provide financial guidance and alignment with organizational goals. Support the development and execution of financial strategies. Continuously monitor and improve financial performance. About You

The ideal candidate will have:
Finance qualified - CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification with commercial experience in Finance Business Partnering roles (e.g., Finance Business Partner, Senior Management Accountant). Experience with Power BI and Excel, financial modeling skills a bonus.  A proven ability to partner with senior leadership, delivering impactful insights and recommendations.
