Join an ASX-listed company operating across ANZ providing critical infrastructure services. The business has grown rapidly and is now seeking a Finance Business Partner or experienced Senior Management Accountant to support senior operational leaders in driving business performance. Work from home 1 day per week is available after settling in.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide critical financial information that drives key commercial decisions.Take a hands-on approach to budgets, forecasts, management reporting, variance analysis, and implementing improvements based on your recommendations.Understand project costings and drivers of profitabilityProvide detailed business performance analysis and contribute to board reporting.Drive initiatives to capture data and enhance financial reporting processes.Participate in financial modelling for future business strategies.About You: You are a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in a Business Partner role. You excel in Excel, including financial modelling, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a high-visibility role, and the accuracy and clarity of the information you provide will play a key role in driving the business forward.
You are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a growing business that is undergoing positive change. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs will be crucial to your success.
