You will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance, partnering closely with senior leaders and regional management team to provide strategic financial guidance, support business decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Description Provide technical expertise in the collaborative, supportive and strategic relationships between our client's functions and assets Manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Applies an understanding of the business context and end-to-end value chain to deliver value maximising opportunities.
Process Improvement Plan, track the delivery of, and manage projects to generate value and drive project outcomes.
Make evidence based and strategic decisions to align with business objectives.
Defines value drivers and determines the boundaries of an opportunity to determine if it is worth further investment.
Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
Translates corporate objectives into actionable plans, communicating, managing, and analysing the implementation of those plans, and reporting back on their progress to facilitate the delivery of our strategy.
Gain support for and negotiate outcomes that achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Identify, implement, and evaluate the success of continuous improvement activities/initiatives Understand root cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions.
Please note: travel to site will be required for this opportunity.
The Successful Applicant Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred; Proven experience in a finance business partner role; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholders; and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with project managers and cross-functional teams.
