About the role Working within the Partnering Team, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the operated business and supporting the Senior Financial Business Partner to provide cost visibility, analysis, reporting, and forecasting & budgeting performed efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities include:
Reporting timely, accurate, and reliable monthly results for the relevant business unitPreparation of business unit annual budget, forecast, and long-term plan.Providing key financial and operational reports to stakeholders, including assisting with completion of ad-hoc reports/analysis and advising impacts to the businessProviding comprehensive analysis to support decision making including recommending solutionsIdentify, recommend, and support the implementation of system enhancements and ensuring adherence to accounting processes and policiesContinuous improvement of processes and reportingPrepare presentations and written materials to communicate outputs from financial and commercial analysisKey contact for the business unit, including engagement with senior management and/or executives.About you Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and expertise in ExcelAbility to effectively communicate financial results to a variety of stakeholdersCollaborative working styleThe ability to question and interpret results and seek, present answers to support operationsUnderstanding of management reporting tools, concepts, and methodologyCustomer focused mindset.Origin - Where good change happens At Origin, we're powered by people who believe in creating change.
