Job Description Providing financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions. Participating in strategic planning and budgeting processes. Enhancing financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborating with various departments to understand business needs and provide financial solutions. Driving cost-saving initiatives across the organisation. Preparing and presenting regular financial reports to senior management. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Mentoring and developing junior team members in the finance department. The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. A professional accreditation such as CA, CPA, CIMA. Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key business decisions. Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite (D365, PowerBI, Office) What's on Offer A competitive salary package in the range of AUD $110,000 to AUD 140,000.
