The Role
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving financial excellence across the organisation's group entities.
You will provide expert guidance and assistance on all aspects of financial operations, working closely with teams to streamline processes and enhance systems, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on monthly financial transactions across multiple entities.Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined financial processes, internal controls, and procedures.Assist entities in meeting month-end and year-end reporting deadlines.Support preparation for interim and year-end audits.Contribute to the creation of annual and long-term budgets for various entities.Provide training and support on financial processes and systems to enhance team performance.Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, optimising workflows, and ensuring smooth transitions during changes.
Skills and Experience
This is an excellent opportunity for a CA/CPA ready to transition from audit, consulting, or business services into a corporate environment or for a Management Accountant looking to broaden their horizons.
