The organization is experiencing organic growth and has a genuine appetite for acquisition, resulting in an increase in headcount across finance in their Melbourne office.
Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
Business Performance analysis
Review of PNL and analysis & partner with operational stakeholders
Weekly generation of Operational and Financial KPIs
Issue and monitor KPIs
Sales & Marketing analysis and partnering with heads of marketing and sales
Forecasting, Budgeting and variance analysis
Pricing analysis
Analysis of costs & cost management
Management reporting and presentations
Process improvement initiatives/continuous improvements
The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA
3-5+ years in a similar role
Experience partnering with senior executives
Experience working in a complex multinational environment
Ability to commence a role ASAP
Experience with large ERP systems
Strong data and Excel skills and ability to tell a story with data
