Role details:
Reporting to the AU Finance Manager, this position is required to provide financial business partnering support to the Global Logistics AU management team to achieve growth objectives.
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant to join the team based in either Epping / Clayton with WFH flexibility, responsible for all facets of the accounting and financial functions while providing timely management & financial information.
What you'll do:
You'll prepare, analyse and report the financials, while providing commercial and financial support.
The position's primary responsibilities include:
Completion of monthly general ledger reconciliations. Assisting management in the annual budget process, full year forecasts, and mid-month estimates. Monthly financial close & governance processes. Continuous monitoring & reporting of the Global Logistics financial position against targets. Continuous improvement agendas including the use of technology & systems to streamline the operating model. Preparation of forecasts & budgets in line with the financial planning framework. What you will bring to the team:
You will have a CA/CPA qualification or international equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Financing / Accounting roles.
You are a quick learner, a problem solver with a great eye for detail, and an initiative-taking, proactive, and organized person with a real 'Can Do' attitude.
You enjoy a fast-paced working environment and can work well under pressure.
You are a great communicator, enabling you to form strong relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
You will be tech-savvy, with advanced Excel skills; SAP experience would be advantageous.
