As the Finance Business Partner (FP&A), you will be at the forefront of advancing the financial planning, analysis and airline performance function. This prominent role is pivotal in shaping the future of various aspects of Qantas Airlines (QA) Finance. Working directly with the Head of Finance - Airline Performance & Analysis, you will identify opportunities for innovation and drive enhancements through process optimisation and automation.In this role, you will collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Heads of Finance to drive excellence and the continuous improvement of financial analysis across a high-performance finance community. You will contribute to the development of financial strategies and the creation of reporting capabilities that enhance data-driven decision making.You'll have:CA/CPA qualification with broad experience across financial reporting and management accounting.Collaborative and positive influencing style with an aptitude for identifying and developing opportunities that improve systems, processes and performance.Proven ability to overcome obstacles and deliver successful business outcomes.Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and deliver key milestones.Deep practical understanding of key financial variables and drivers of business performance within a complex industry.Previous involvement in the development of business intelligence tools, system implementation or another form of transformation delivery.Experience in project management.Why Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
