With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.About The RoleReporting into the REM Finance team, this role is responsible for providing evidence based and data driven financial and commercial support and insights relating to the energy and engineering costs of doing business.You'll work across Operations Finance, Energy and Engineering teams to automate, simplify and improve business operational reporting tools to provide greater insights to stakeholders, and enable quicker and more effective decision making.You will also:Support the development of an accurate and insightful budget and planning processesPrepare period end reporting, explaining variances to budget/forecasts and identifying key trends, risks and opportunitiesSupport energy and engineering projects, initiatives, and business cases, providing commercial oversightSupport business planning/forecasting models and reporting tools to assist the business in completing accurate and timely periodic forecastingProvide financial support for the development of initiatives, project related business cases (capital/operating expenses) and submissionsIdentify and implement continuous improvement by automating and simplifying financial processes and analysisAbout You And Your SkillsWe are looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner with a continuous improvement mindset and track record of execution.
