ABOUT OUR PERTH OFFICE South32's corporate office is based in the heart of Perth's CBD. The corporate office houses key functions including HR, Finance, External Affairs, Sustainability Strategy, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk, Legal and Technical. Our office is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Perth Underground Train Station.

The Analyst Finance Business Partner role will be part of the Global Functions Business team. Your passion for understanding stakeholder needs will help teams reach their full potential, as you partner with them to explore opportunities and craft meaningful solutions. Reporting to the Lead Functions Business Partnering responsibilities include:
Partner with our Global Functions and mentor team members, building strong relationships as a trusted advisor who helps others develop and succeed.Participate in financial planning and forecasting activities, working with teams to make smart decisions that balance opportunities with risks.Transform complex data into clear insights through analysis and monthly reporting, helping teams understand their costs and find ways to improve.Connect with finance teams across locations to ensure smooth reporting and maintain high standards in accounting and data management.ABOUT YOU You will ideally have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
