to join one of their niche divisions.The Advantages:Top ASX 100 with Brisbane HQ.Global exposure and outlook.Paid Parental leave, Corporate Health, Insurance, Retail and other Discounts.Engaging, inclusive, social workplace with regular celebrations.Access exceptional L&D opportunities - continuous personal and professional growth.The Role:Partnering with the CFO and working closely with the operations team, this is a key position within the company, providing expert financial advice to assist with commercial decision making.In this pivotal role, you will also be responsible for the preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts that will play a crucial part in the commercial analysis process globally.Key Duties include:Business partnering across the group to support commercial outcomes and drive performance.Developing accurate data reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs (both financial and non-financial) and cashflow.Improve end of month analysis including performance, variances analysis, trend, and competitor analysis.Supporting the business with financial modelling and budget, cashflow and forecasting models and ROI.Partner with leaders to develop their financial acumen to assist with strategic decision.Streamlining processes and systems to promote continuous improved controls and reporting.About You:This role will suit a finance professional who can work well with autonomy, influence others and hold excellent commercial awareness.You will have previous experience in management accounting, analysis and budgeting - have well-developed commercial acumen, a desire to build strong relationships with critical stakeholders, and be skilled in providing in-depth analytical support and insights.
