Finance Business Partner (12 months FTC)

With a strong focus on innovation and insights, we align closely with our customers to create products and develop solutions that help their businesses grow.About the RoleThe Finance Business Partner will support the Operations Managers in QLD and NSW in executing the policies and processes of the site to ensure financial compliance, control and accountability, as well as to drive continuous improvement across the sites to ensure the most cost-effective cost to serve.
This role looks after Mill operations, Logistics and Distribution, site CI initiatives, Working capital and Capital Expenditure.Main responsibilities of this role include:Align site operations with business strategy and provide financial insights and support.Identify key cost drivers, measure performance, and improve operational efficiencies.Provide financial commentary, identify growth opportunities, and optimize site utilization and production efficiency.Strengthen inventory management, enhance working capital initiatives, and maintain a robust financial control environment.Drive our digital roadmap to ensure operational transparency.About youBachelor Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.CPA or CA Qualification.Strong SAP knowledge (MM & MRP) and designing process solutions in BW, Tableau or alternative analytical tools.
