We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst to support our newest and fastest growing business in the NDIS sector, Plan & Support Services (PSS).
As the Finance Business Analyst your primary focus is to provide research and analyse financial and operational information to assist PSS to make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial and operational movements based on historical performance, trends and market data.
You will be responsible for consolidating and analysing financial data (such as budgets, income statement and forecasts), in consideration of the goals and financial standing of PSS; and assist with reporting of data and insights for the PSS Senior Leadership Team in line with the tracking of strategic goals linked to projects and initiatives.. Key Responsibilities: Deliver concise and insightful reporting covering overall trend analysis for revenue, controllable costs, contribution margin, EBITDA and key operational metrics.
Provide regular reports to Senior Management on financial and operating data Work with senior leadership team to identify analytics and trend analysis that can be provided to better support timely business decisions.
Prepare one-off key insights and analytical reports incorporating inputs from multiple internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the production of the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts working closely with responsible Group Executive, Business Managers and other key contributors.
Use analytics to improve budgeting and reporting for the future i.e.
build improved budget models and performance oversight.
Maintain and enhance budget and forecast models to provide greater efficiency, controls and integrity of financial and operating data.
Contribute to the ongoing development of management information provided to internal contacts To be considered for this role you will have: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a Group environment.
Experience with databases / structures / large amounts of data.
Experience working within a medium to large corporate environment.
Proven success in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver end to end analytical projects.
Experience with JD Edwards and / or Adaptive Insights (desirable).
