Position: Finance Broker
Employment Type: Full time
We are looking for a qualified finance broker with preferably at least 2 years experience to join our fast-paced Surfers Paradise office. You will help set up our new Finance Brokerage, cross-sell Finance and Insurance products to our existing clients, and deal with inbound leads.
All leads are provided and are warm to hot.

Duties:
Maximize client retention, cross sales, and client satisfaction.
Excellent conversion of company supplied new business inquiries.
Contribute to revenue growth through achieving financial objectives and targets.
Contribute to a positive CAN DO team spirit.
Sales of insurance products.
Qualifications:
A high level of servicing clients with the customer's best interests in mind.
Proven track record for making sales or drive to be successful.
Warm, friendly, engaging personality.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to interact with both clients and Finance providers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We need a fast-learning, proven closer to join our team, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses and the Tradesman sector. We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Broker to lead our new Finance Broking section.
This position suits someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with a proven sales track history and is looking to work for a company with a modern view on doing business.
As the successful candidate, you:
Must be able to sell.
Must be very computer savvy.
Must be fluent with Windows and Office.
Must have a switched-on fast learner mentality.
Take the reins and help us finalize the setup of the company.
Have appropriate qualifications for the role.
