Finance Associate

We are working on an exciting banking & finance opportunity for an Associate to join a global firm, based in the Sydney office. The position involves collaborating with Partners and other seniors on intricate debt financing deals, encompassing a variety of financial transactions both domestically and globally.This firm is recognised for its expertise in banking and finance law, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors. The team advises market-leading borrowers, lenders and sponsors with their debt portfolios and major transactions.
