The Role:
As Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance and Business Support Manager to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Your responsibilities include:
Daily revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and data entry.Managing accounts payable and receivable, including verifying invoices and liaising with vendors.Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies.Supporting internal and external audits.Assisting with inventory management and processing weekly pay runs.What We're Looking For: 6–12 months of experience in a finance or accounting role.Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Hotel Management (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial systems.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development within the IHG network.A supportive and inclusive team culture.Complimentary meals on shift and hotel discounts worldwide.How to Apply:
