THE ROLE Manage company fuel cards Process bank guarantee/insurance bond requests and maintain relevant registers Update JDE Requisition requests and purchase order approval routes Assist with the set-up of ad-hoc payments for authorisation Perform bank reconciliations Calculate payroll tax obligations for sub-contractors Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations Manage Equipment Financing with NAB/CBA, including month-end journals Manage capital expenditure process, allocate capex numbers, and update fixed assets register Assist with annual external audits Support in the compilation and completion of annual FBT and income tax returns Processing financial transactions ABOUT YOU This role would suit someone with previous experience as a finance officer, accounts all rounder, assistant accountant or bookkeeper.
