About The Role
This role sits in one of their busiest and fastest growing divisions. Your duties will be varied and you'll enjoy working directly with clients as well as other divisions in the firm (mostly the bookkeeping team). As a Financial Assistant you will be required to undertake the following:
Onboarding of new clientsWorking with the broader admin team to complete administrative tasksReviewing of managing reporting packages to ensure accuracyLiaising with clients to obtain information, signatures etcLiaise with the bookkeeping team to resolve any queriesAdhoc general administrative dutiesPreparation of documentsPreparation of emailsOrganization of workflow and keeping track of deadlines
About You
You will be career focused and looking to grow your career in the finance space. You will have experience in providing support to clients and working with an internal team across all levels. Ideally you will have:
Proficiency using the Microsoft SuiteExperience using Xero and/or AsanaExperience in providing high level client supportAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksAbility to prioritize your workloadAn extremely high attention to detail and accuracyExperience undertaking bookkeeping in a professional services environment
