About The Role
This role sits in one of their busiest and fastest growing divisions. Your duties will be varied and you'll enjoy working directly with clients as well as other divisions in the firm (mostly the bookkeeping team). As a Financial Assistant you will be required to undertake the following:
Onboarding of new clients Working with the broader admin team to complete administrative tasks Reviewing of managing reporting packages to ensure accuracy Liaising with clients to obtain information, signatures etc Liaise with the bookkeeping team to resolve any queries Adhoc general administrative duties Preparation of documents Preparation of emails Organization of workflow and keeping track of deadlines
About You
You will be career focused and looking to grow your career in the finance space. You will have experience in providing support to clients and working with an internal team across all levels. Ideally you will have:
Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite Experience using Xero and/or Asana Experience in providing high level client support Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Ability to prioritize your workload An extremely high attention to detail and accuracy Experience undertaking bookkeeping in a professional services environment
