The will be responsible in ensuring efficient procurement processes and in doing so, optimizing the company's financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in finance, and preferably a qualified accountant with experience in the supply chain field.
Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Brand Manager in market research, and strategy Assist in monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations and closings.
Analyze financial data to provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and budget optimization.
Perform ad-hoc analysis for the finance team.
Support ad-hoc improvement projects, such as integrating the existing ERP system with business intelligence tools.
Support and develop processes and controls to enhance finance and operational efficiencies.
Classify inventory for optimal purchasing based on customer data and forecasting techniques.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs.
Manage purchase orders, track order acknowledgments, and update delivery information in SAP.
Ensure accurate import documentation, tariff codes, and landed cost calculations.
Manage landed costs, including duties and freight charges, in SAP.
Research and identify areas for improvement in purchasing and inventory control processes.
