About the role

We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic Professional Services team as a subject matter expert in our Finance package and integrated logistics module.
In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers, analysing, training, and supporting their financial requirements.
Your knowledge in areas such as Financial and Management Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business and Income Activity, Payroll, Banking, Assets and Inventory will be invaluable.
You'll also have opportunities to expand your expertise in other aspects of our software suite and general business operations.
Working closely with our agile software Research and Development team, your insights will contribute to software design and usability as we strive for industry-leading solutions.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day consulting engagements with clients effectively
Working on new system implementations
Providing product training, support, and ongoing services to our customers
Assisting with transaction analysis and reconciliation
Advising customers on business processes and industry best practices
Delivering project outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines
Maintaining accurate time management and recording
Engaging in self-paced training and testing
Occasionally traveling locally and interstate as required
Skills and experience

Ideally, you will bring:
Accounting experience
Experience in the Construction and/or Manufacturing industries
Familiarity with ERP and/or accounting software packages
Commitment to learning a software solution tailored to specific industry needs
Experience in training or education within your field
Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office applications
Strong skills in exploring, recording, and retaining new information
Highly effective communication skills
