What the Role Entails:
Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry will be highly regarded
Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers
Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity
Strong focus on NPS - Customer Satisfaction Index
Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end
Steer lending conversations with confidence, putting your complete understanding of our products and policies to good use
Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes and policies
Maintaining F&I Training with our Financiers
A process driven mindset & "I can help you with that" attitude
Use your owner's mindset to take pride in your work, manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines
Requirements of the Role:
Valid Driver's License
Clear National Police Check - Provided for the Successful candidate
Bankruptcy Report - Provided for the Successful candidate
