Our busy vehicle dealerships in Sydney are currently seeking business managers with 3+ years of experience to join our energetic team in a full-time role. The successful applicant will be required to:
Proactively market to customers the various finance and insurance options available for vehicle purchases
Support customer finance enquiries
Organise all documentation relevant to vehicle finance and insurance
Prepare and submit finance submissions to lending authorities for approval
Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases
Prepare and report on department budgets
Undertake customer retention initiatives
Work with partner finance providers to stay up to date with products and processes
Support department managers to deliver outstanding sales results and customer service
Process and oversee payouts for vehicle trade ins
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
A sound knowledge and engagement with all processes required with the above tasks
Strong communication and IT skills
A dedication to details and excellent customer support
The ability to think critically and work independently
In return we'll offer a job that will satisfy and inspire, supported by industry leaders with plenty of opportunities to train and develop. Base salary will be between $68,000 and $87,000 per year depending on experience.
