About the role

Killara Golf Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent part-time role for the right candidate. This shared role will involve working 2 days per week alongside another Accounts Officer. The successful candidate will work on-site at our Clubhouse located in Killara, NSW.
What you'll be doing Manage accounts payable and assist with payroll (experience required).Respond to member enquiries related to accounts and payments.Maintain accurate financial records using Xero software.Collaborating with the other teams to ensure efficient and effective Club operationsWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Finance and Administration roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial managementProficiency in using accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recordsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with members and stakeholdersWhat we offer
