Our client is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring shared services back to Australia from Singapore, working closely with the Business Controller. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and has a knack for building relationships. With flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home up to one day per week, this role provides an excellent balance of challenge and flexibility.
Supportive culture working with c-suite staff Flexible working hours with potential for remote work Opportunity to bring shared services back to Australia What you'll do: As a Finance and Administration Officer, you will play an important role in looking after both financial processes and administrative tasks within the organisation. Your responsibilities will range from handling accounts payable and processing invoices, to providing executive support and managing office administration. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, helping to shape the way the team operates. This role requires someone who can manage their own work and build strong relationships within a team.
Process invoices and contribute to month-end processes Narrate meeting minutes and handle other office administration tasks Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes Manage accounts payable in-house, previously handled by an overseas team Provide administrative support to executives, including managing diaries and booking travel What you'll bring: The ideal candidate for this Finance and Administration Officer position will bring experience in both finance and administration roles. You'll have proven skills in accounts payable management, as well as experience in process improvement and workflow management. Experience in executive support will also be appreciated.
