Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh Pacific.
This role will be based in Sydney.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Finance Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely revenue recognition, and reporting and data analysis.

We will count on you to: Prepare revenue accruals and reconciliations, collaborating closely with local controllers on revenue recognition issues.Perform revenue analysis, including client level analytics.Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning processes.Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders.Support the business with development of ad hoc reports and analysis.Assist the wider finance team with the internal reporting requirements and financial controls. What you need to have: Degree in Commerce or Accounting or equivalent.CPA/CA qualification.Management Accounting experience.Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.Confident communication skills and a passion for partnering with the business.Ability to challenge the status quo and challenge the business where appropriate.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, handle competing priorities, and deliver under pressure. What makes you stand out? Experience with Oracle EPM is highly regarded.Dashboard experience preferred but not essential.
