THE ROLE
PageUp group has a newly created opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our team in either Melbourne or Sydney. Working closely with the FP&A Manager and wider finance team, you'll have the chance to showcase your strong commercial focus and will play a key role in conducting analysis and reporting across the PageUp group companies, identifying key insights to drive decision making and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the preparation of month-end reporting, including the creation of the Finance Pack.
Conduct detailed analysis, provide commentary, and deliver actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Prepare weekly operational reports covering pipeline, closed-won deals, and retention metrics.
Support the preparation and delivery of comprehensive budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Ensure business awareness of budget and forecast processes, identifying risks and opportunities that could impact financial outcomes.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the 3-way model used for budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Lead and support various projects and initiatives aimed at process improvements within the business.
Actively support the FP&A Manager in enhancing the visibility and impact of the FP&A function across the organisation.
Promote and ensure the integrity of relevant data sources, streamline existing complexities, and provide documentation.
Collaborate with PageUp's Centralised Data Management Team (CDMT) to maintain strong data foundations, develop appropriate business hierarchies, and update reporting to reflect these structures.
Partner with business leaders to provide insightful commentary and analysis on monthly cost centre reporting, highlighting key movements and items of note.
Conduct meetings with Department Heads on a monthly or quarterly basis to present cost centre reports and discuss financial insights.

ABOUT YOU

3-5 years experience in a similar role (CA/CPA is highly regarded but not essential)
Strong Excel knowledge is essential
Familiarity with Salesforce/Netsuite/Power BI is highly regarded
Strong analytical, planning and information presentation skills
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities
Current full working rights in Australia
