This key position will manage the finance function for multiple businesses within our AM ANZ operating segment, including Interleasing Australia and Just Honk Used Cars.
What You'll DoLead financial and management reporting for multiple business unitsDrive budget, forecasting, and planning processesManage monthly financial close processes and balance sheet reconciliationsDevelop and maintain insightful business metrics and dashboardsPartner with operational and sales teams to align business strategy with financial outcomesLead process improvement initiatives and system enhancementsContribute to business transformation projectsWork closely with the Group Executive for AM ANZ and other key stakeholdersWhat You'll NeedCA/CPA qualification with 5-10 years of relevant experienceStrong technical accounting and financial analysis skillsProven ability to engage and influence at senior levelsExcellence in problem-solving and attention to detailOutstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience in leading cross-functional teamsSuperior Excel skillsFleet management/asset financing industry experience (advantageous)What We OfferJoin a team that fosters honest communication, mutual respect, and innovative thinking.
