Team Finance needs an assertive and self-aware Junior Analyst to support finance operations in Mexico and beyond. This role is best suited for an entry-level professional who is eager to grow their competencies. Initially, this role will be focused on learning and streamlining both the accounts receivable and the accounts payable processes within Mexico as well as across OXIO's four other global entities. As the company grows, the person in this role will have the potential to expand further into the financial reporting and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor ad hoc invoice requests from internal teams and deliver within a 24-hour period Assist with month-end close by reconciling and issuing client invoices via Facturama, analyzing and recording company credit card spend, and proactively monitoring vendor bills throughout the month Update Accounts Receivable dashboards for collections purposes on a weekly basis Assist with Vendor Onboarding and Purchase Order processes, ensuring daily compliance Monitor incoming vendor bills and ensure accounts payable balances are updated daily Prepare and send weekly payment reminders to clients and assist with other correspondence with external parties (vendors, external accountants) as needed Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned by the accountant Key Qualifications: Good organizational skills with multitasking capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player, who generates ideas to solve problems and has a high customer service approach to their work Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Mathematics (New grad OK) Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Suite products (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Basic understanding of accounting principles Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish What We Offer: Competitive salary and stock option incentive program Company paid healthcare Flexible work arrangements Company sponsored team-lunches and company retreats International organization that enables you to work across boundaries, travel to different locations, and enjoy the dynamics of a rapidly growing startup A diverse and inclusive team We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply regardless of race, ethnicity, age, disability status or other defining characteristics OXIO is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
