This Finance Analyst will report to the Head of Finance requiring an autonomous individual to be responsible for the accurate reporting that will facilitate planning decisions for the organisation.Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies and financial performance.Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including budget variance analysis and detailed commentary.Present financial results and insights to business unit leaders.Prepare quarterly board and shareholder reports.Lead the preparation of the consolidated annual budget and forecast, and report variances between actual results and the budget in monthly management reports.About YouThe successful Finance Analyst should have the following experience and skills:Seeking a CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified candidate.Around 4-6 years of experience in Accounting field.Proven experience as a management accountant.Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.Advanced MS Excel skills and MS PowerPoint skills.Financial services experience is preferred.Curious mindset to challenge and seek new and improved ways of doing things.If interested in the position of Finance Analyst please apply today.
