Our profits are aligned to our purpose in four key ways – Social, Culture, Environment, and Economic.The RoleThe Finance Administrator - Receivables is responsible for the recognition, analysis, and reporting of our Revenue streams within the finance team. Ensuring all revenue data is recorded in our finance system without errors. Managing the ongoing reconciliations of revenue, payments, and bank accounts.The three key focus areas for the role are:Revenue Management – Managing the recognition of revenue, partnering with internal departments on process improvements and efficiencies in day-to-day processing.Debtor Management – Overseeing the management of our tourist and long-term debtor ageing profiles. Working in collaboration with Park teams on ensuring debtor balances are within terms.Business Insights and Supports – Provide ongoing support to both the finance team and wider Reflections team. Providing support backup to other finance roles as required. Providing financial support and training to the business.This role is for a fixed term of four months with potential for extension.About YouThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:High level of organisational and time management skills.High level of communication skills with the ability to relate to a broad range of work teams.High attention to detail and aptitude for complex reconciliations.Confident numerical ability.Willingness to learn and develop Excel knowledge and skills.What Next?Keen to further explore the opportunity to become a Reflections Holidays team member?
