This position will report directly to our Finance Manager located in Adelaide. The role is fairly autonomous in nature, and the successful candidate will need to take ownership of their responsibilities and tasks. This position is process-oriented and undertakes a range of accounts payable functions, including:Processing accounts payable, including entering invoices and preparing paymentsEntering client and staff disbursementsReceipt of daily banking and reconciliation of paymentsPreparing monthly bank reconciliations for various accountsMaintenance of monthly trust accountsAssisting with end of month billingsOur requirementsIt is essential that you have strong organisational skills and are the kind of person who thrives on using your initiative.
