This role is ideal for a recent graduate or finance professional starting their career and eager to grow!
Job Description Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the financial controller, your duties will include;
Assist the Financial Controller and provide support to the Finance teamInvoice administration Data entry; including for daily cash sales and receiptsReconciliationProvide clerical support in filling up forms, liaising with other departments, organising documentsMaintaining databases Manage Finance inboxPayroll administration including managing timesheets, reimbursement formsSupport general administration including answering phones, mail management, stationery management, filing for both hard and soft copies, updating policies and procedures

Other ad hoc tasks as required The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will ideally have;
Prior financial and admin experience is preferredHigh proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organisational and time-management skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationKnowledge of Xero and ERP is a plus What's on Offer The successful candidate will receive;
