Randstad are recruiting a Financial Administrator for one of our large civil infrastructure clients based out in Arundel on a 6 month temporary contract, with a high possibility of extension and permanent for the right person
We are seeking a candidate with a background and experience in financial administration, a positive driven attitude, great organizational skills and a very keen eye for detail
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare invoices for payment
Accounts payable duties
Prepare various reports as requested by management
Complete daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations of financial transactions
Resolution of invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
Maintain all financial records and files
Assist managers and employees with finance and administrative enquiries
The successful candidate will possess:
SAP experience desirable but not essential
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures
Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn
