Reporting to the Branch Accounts Team Leader, we currently have an opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator to join our busy team.
This is a national position supporting multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and responsible for all financial activities which occur within our E-Global system.
Key responsibilities of the role include receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and foreign currency, as well as allocation of credit and debit invoices.
In addition the role would see the successful applicant processing the administration and approval step of client refunds and weekly/monthly processing of underwriter and Subagent payments.
