The role   We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our national team on a full-time basis.
This position will report directly to our Finance Manager located in Adelaide.
The role is fairly autonomous in nature and the successful candidate will need to take ownership of their responsibilities and tasks.
This position is process-oriented and undertakes a range of accounts payable functions, including: Processing accounts payable, including entering invoices and preparing payments Entering client and staff disbursements Receipt of daily banking and reconciliation of payments Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts Maintenance of monthly trust accounts Assisting with end of month billings   Our requirements   It is essential that you have strong organisational skills and are the kind of person who thrives on using your initiative.
An eye for detail, strong client-service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work is also important.
Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
