Your responsibilities will include:Systems Management: Manage funding allocations, oversee billing processes in Lumary, and reconcile accounts in alignment with Therapy Pro's funding proceduresClient Support: Respond promptly to funding and invoicing queries, ensuring a seamless client experienceReporting: Assist with financial reporting, claims, and invoices using Xero and ExcelCollaboration: Work closely with therapy teams, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiencyContinuous Improvement: Identify and correct errors in billing and case notes, contributing to ongoing process improvementsWhat We're Looking for in YouWe are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
