Your responsibilities will include:
Systems Management: Manage funding allocations, oversee billing processes in Lumary, and reconcile accounts in alignment with Therapy Pro's funding proceduresClient Support: Respond promptly to funding and invoicing queries, ensuring a seamless client experienceReporting: Assist with financial reporting, claims, and invoices using Xero and ExcelCollaboration: Work closely with therapy teams, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiencyContinuous Improvement: Identify and correct errors in billing and case notes, contributing to ongoing process improvementsWhat We're Looking for in You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
