Finance Administrator

About the Role This temporary Finance all-rounder reports to the Deputy Head of College (Business) and provides professional and accurate financial administration for the company's operations.


Duties & Responsibilities
Processing payroll (12 People)  Preparation of bank reconciliations  Processing of accounts receivable and payable Liaising with clients to follow up on outstanding accounts Skills & Experience required Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable While you are not expected to have specific systems experience, you will demonstrate confidence working with various financial accounting systems  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred) Strong follow up and time management skills Benefits & Culture A friendly, purpose driven environment  Management who is open and communicative Flexibility on days and start and finish hours Ideal St Lucia location with free on site parking About the Company Located on university grounds, this College provides a supportive and welcoming environment for both undergraduate and postgraduate students to call home while studying in Brisbane.
