About the Finance Administrator role GTC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic administration team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of financial and administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable and invoicing processes.
Perform daily bank account reconciliations.
Sales and Dealership Support, including invoicing, closing truck deals, floor plan settlements and reconciliations.
Assist the Administration Manager with month-end reporting, BAS, and payroll.
Provide back-up support for reception and Accounts Payable, including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and greeting clients.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and numeracy skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in dealership sales support or settlements is highly desirable.
