About the Finance Administrator roleGTC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic administration team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of financial and administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the dealership.
Flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours (e.g., four-day weeks or school hours), are available to support work-life balance.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable and invoicing processes.Perform daily bank account reconciliations.Sales and Dealership Support, including invoicing, closing truck deals, floor plan settlements and reconciliations.Assist the Administration Manager with month-end reporting, BAS, and payroll.Provide back-up support for reception and Accounts Payable, including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and greeting clients.Essential Skills & Experience5+ years' experience in a similar role.Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.Strong communication, interpersonal, and numeracy skills.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience in dealership sales support or settlements is highly desirable.What is on OfferJoin an award-winning family business with a motivated team and dynamic leadership.Benefit from an established client base and a strong reputation that drives continued growth.Enjoy the lifestyle of East Gippsland, a region known for its scenic beauty and vibrant community.How to ApplyPlease submit your application via the GBS Recruitment website (www.gbsrecruitment.com.au) Job #904818, including a covering letter outlining your experience.
