We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator (Accounts Payable) with expertise in Concur to join our group finance team in Port Melbourne. Your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing our Concur tools, enhancing financial operations, and contributing to our overall success.
Position Overview: As a Finance Administrator focusing on Concur, you will work closely with the Group Services team of accountants to manage our Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice platforms. Your role will involve ensuring seamless system performance, supporting end-users, and driving improvements in expense management processes. You will also liaise with core business units and group function managers across Australia and New Zealand to enhance operational efficiency and support cost recovery.
Key Responsibilities: Concur Platform Management: Oversee the administration of Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice platforms, ensuring policy compliance and system optimization.Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile credit cards and expenses within the Concur system, ensuring alignment with financial statements.Cost Recovery Support: Prepare and manage data to support the recovery of costs from major projects using Concur tools.Accurate Cost Allocation: Assist in coordinating accurate and timely cost allocation across construction projects through Concur.User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur-related inquiries, training, and issue resolution.System Monitoring: Continuously monitor Concur system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for uninterrupted operation.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation to support financial transparency and accountability.General Duties: Perform other related tasks that align with your qualifications and skills. Required Skills and Competencies Concur Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice systems, with a focus on configuration, management, and optimization.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve issues. Experience/Qualifications: Education: Certification or qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years in Concur Travel & Expense administration, Financial Services, or General Accounting.Technical Skills: Extensive experience with SAP Concur (Concur Expense, Concur Travel) and proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office.Organizational Skills: Highly organized, and diligent, with excellent relationship-building capabilities.Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on ongoing improvement of Concur systems and processes.System Knowledge: Technical understanding of financial system configuration and integration with Concur (desirable).Why Join Acciona?
