Are you an experienced Accounts and Payroll professional looking for a challenging opportunity to contribute to a supportive and growing company? Achieve Group Australia is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
As our Accounts and Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial and payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable and producing financial reports.
- Managing the month-end process, including General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll management, superannuation, taxation, and worker compensation.
- Liaising with payroll support, banks, and external accountants for tax and compliance.
- Maintaining data integrity in Colleago and Bullhorn software systems, ensuring smooth candidate and payroll management.
- Providing management reporting and maximising income through efficient expense management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Accounts and Payroll Management, with knowledge of tax obligations and payroll legislation.
- Proficiency in financial software and payroll systems (experience with Bullhorn or Colleago is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
