The Company….. Our client is a well-known government organization who are seeking a enthusiastic and driven Support Officer to join their successful and dynamic team environment in this exciting contract role to start ASAP based in Orange on a contract until February 2025!
The role would be supporting both clerical and financial administrative duties.
The Job….. During this clerical support assignment, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Daily administrative and clerical tasks including responding to incoming enquiries, records management and office maintenance.Extensive data entry and updating of records as required.Financial administration tasks including processing invoices and financial transactions.Providing general ad hoc support to the wider team as requested.You….. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
Minimum 6 months experience within a high volume office coordination environment.Experience working within the government sector is advantageous.Previous SAP or TRIM exposure is advantageous.Ability to work across multiple systems.Excellent attention to detail.How To Apply…..
