About The Role This is a Finance Administration role within our billing and collection team responsible for reconciling services provided to customers against negotiated supports to ensure billing accuracy. 12 month fixed term opportunity Full-Time opportunity Ensuring regular quality compliance checks are undertaken and making adjustments as required. Verifying weekly billing reports ensuring they are ready for signoff and invoice production. Liaising with operational staff if required to implement billing and collection practices. About You The successful candidate will come with:
Prior experience within administration and/or book-keeping with client records and service tasks. Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems. Strong ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and flexibility in handling multiple tasks at once. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others within a busy environment. Proactive approach and excellent time management skills. Minimum Requirements Please note, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
