Finance & Administration Officer

In this role you will oversee maintainence of client matters including opening and record keeping of agreements, data entry, set up in the systems, managing renewals and handling of requests includign cancellations, write offs, and bill splits

Additionally, you will assist with invoicing managment including qeuries and requests as well as uploading of invoices onto billings platforms

The successful candidate will have 2 years experience in finance or administration, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy with high volume transactions

You will have strong communication skills and bring a positive, can-do attitude
