Finance & Administration Officer

Tolk Group Pty Ltd is an Australian owned, diversified heavy industry company operating in coal mining and gas industries.
The group delivers safe workforces, operational support, and complete project solutions to industry in Mackay Region, Bowen and Surat Basins.
We are currently looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to work fulltime in our Mackay Office.

This role is broad and would ideally suit an Administration all-rounder who is looking for a challenge in a fast-paced business.
We require someone with exceptional communication skills, advanced level Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage a varying workload due to multiple reporting departments.

Duties include:
General office administration Payroll Reconciliation Debtor Invoicing Maintain Company Registers Attend and Minute Meetings as required Keep Company procedures/forms/policies up to date Experience/ Qualifications:
5 years in previous Administration roles Finance; Business or Administration Diploma - preferred Previous experience with MYOB This role is a permanent full-time position and will report to the Commercial Manager.
A reliable, well-presented person with a team-based attitude will be successful.
