What you'll love We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Finance Administration Officer to join our team at REMONDIS in Richlands. You will play an integral role in the business ensuring effective and safe practices and assisting the finance and management team in an efficient and effective manner.
Primary Accountabilities You will need to have a commitment to safety and customer service and be able to work in a team environment. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Provide administration support to the finance and management team. Using financial systems for purchase order raising and supplier invoices, debtor management and general accruals. Reconciliation and verification of credit card and expense claims. Purchasing of office supplies. Setting up of suppliers and processing of credit applications. Maintaining and recording of plant maintenance records. Co-ordinate on and off-site events and meetings. Assist in maintaining of HSEQ systems. Who you are You will have:
Proven experience in similar administration and finance roles (preferred). Relevant formal training or qualifications are preferred, but not essential (e.g. Administration, Business, Finance). Strong financial aptitude. Exceptional presentation / report preparation software skills – PowerPoint, Word. Very high attention to detail. Intermediate Excel Skills – Pivot tables, formulas, charts, tables. The ability to support the health, safety, environmental and quality management systems administration management. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload. The ability to be Flexible – as hours of work may vary depending on business requirements.
