An established organisation which owns and operates a small number of hospitality and retail businesses in a regional town just over an hour from Perth. 
This organisation currently employs approximately 40 staff with additional contractors to meet seasonal tourist demand. Annual revenues are circa $5 million.
This Role: Leading a small team, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day accounting and administration functions of all the entities owned by this organisation. 
This is a senior role and will work closely with the owners and their Board.
The position can be based permanently in this town which is located north-east of Perth (there is a house provided) or is also available on the basis of commuting from Perth or another location and spending three to four days a week on site.
The envisaged salary for this position is circa $150k.
About You: You will have advanced senior accounting and administration / corporate services leadership experience. Importantly, you will also be happy to be not only strategic, but also hands-on operationally across the accounting and administration portfolios.
You will also be respected for your personal drive, innovative thinking and empathetic people skills.
